During your pregnancy there are several things you should void for the health of you and your baby.
Foods and drink:
- Alcohol - all types
- Caffeine - coffee, tea, sodas
- Smoking - including second hand smoke
- Excessive salt or sugar
- Raw or undercooked meat
- Raw shellfish - oysters
- Raw eggs
- Soft cheese - brie, blue cheese, etc.
- Cat feces and litter boxes
- Hot tubs and saunas
- Others who are sick with colds/flu etc.
- Airplane travel after the 34th week.
