Nurse Calls
- Telephone hours:
Mon, Tue, Thu 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Wed, Fri 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. - Patients may ask non-urgent questions through our dedicated Patient Portal. These will be answered during regular office hours.
- In your messages, please include your
   – Name.
– Date of Birth.
– Reason for the inquiry.
– Phone number to reach you.
We will do our best to get back to you by the end of the day at the latest. - For emergencies, please refer to your nearest urgent care center or ER.
Medication Refills
- Refill requests can be done over the telephone or through our patient portal.
- We encourage you to call your pharmacy for refills; they will fax us the information.
- Please call our office during regular hours for inquiries about your prescriptions.
- When calling about refills, please have your pharmacy’s number at hand.
- You should allow 48 hours for all refill requests.
Test Results
Pap Smear
You can get your PAP results via telephone usually 7 days after the sample is taken. When you call (478) 746-2888, you will be asked to follow the prompts and be given your results. If there are issues arising from the test, you may want to schedule a new appointment with the doctor to learn how to move forward.
Medication Refills
- Results will be available within 3-5 working days and will be posted to your Healow Patient Portal.
- PathGroup Laboratories is our primary lab for blood tests. Other labs are used when a patient’s insurance requires it.
Mammogram
You will receive your results in your email inbox within 1-2 weeks following the exam.
Biopsy
You should receive your results within 3-7 working days via telephone.
Please feel free to call our offices if you have not gotten your test results within the mentioned time frames.
Business Office
- For questions about your account, please refer to your Patient Portal.
- If you choose to call, please follow the prompt for the business office.
- Should nobody be available, please leave a message with the best number to contact you. We will get back to you within the next working day.
FMLA and Disability
- Should you require assistance to complete your FMLA and/or disability form, there is a $25 charge per form.
- Forms will be completed in 7-10 business days.
- Please have all demographic information completed when submitting the form.
Release of Medical Records
- Your medical records are confidential, therefore, your written authorization is needed for their release.
- The release of your medical records is done in accordance with state and federal laws.
- You may find the Authorization for Release of Protected Health Information here. You should print it, complete it, and fax it to us at (478) 746-2889, Att. Medical Records.
- Following your request, your medical records will be available within 5 working days.
